Senior Benefit Configuration Analyst QNXT - Remote

Senior Benefit Configuration Analyst for QNXT (remote role) responsible for the analysis, design, build, and validation of complex benefit configurations within the QNXT platform to support accurate claims adjudication and regulatory/commercial compliance. Responsibilities include translating benefit plan documentation into QNXT configuration requirements, building/configuring products, plans, service codes, copay/coinsurance, accumulators, limits and authorization rules; using QNXT CMT and QCS for package management and impact analysis; performing SQL data validations; participating in end-to-end UAT; supporting annual plan updates (Medicare/Medicaid/Exchange); serving as SME for build logic and claims rules; documenting configuration logic with version-controlled artifacts; mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams during product launches, regulatory changes, or system upgrades.
