Job Summary
Conduct Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy with clients while mentoring new Behavior Therapists on case onboarding and strategy implementation. Render and lock schedules, fulfill 100% of session commitments, and complete source documentation including Ensora data and SOAP notes for every rendered session. Maintain Therapist Evaluation Form (TEF) scores averaging 2.5 or higher monthly and ensure active RBT certification with maintained 5% supervision. Respond to communications within 24 hours, adhere to HIPAA compliance, and communicate policy or IT issues immediately to HR and IT departments. Work across clinic, home, community, and school settings while blocking physical aggression when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related field
- CPR or BLS certification (must be current)
- Registered Behavior Technician credential (RBT)
- Active RBT certification
- Maintained 5% supervision monthly
- Initiate RBT supervision forms at the start of each supervised session
- Initiate seeking supervision by emailing Supervisors and cc'ing the RBT email address at rbt@cs4hope.com
- Complete on-going training to support job competency
- Flexibility in availability to ensure direct service hours are met (i.e., afternoon availability)
- Maintain Therapist Evaluation Form (TEF) scores averaging 2.5 and above monthly
- Ability to run (in the event the client elopes/or leaves the area)
- Block physical aggression (when needed)

Desired Qualifications
- 2-years' experience providing ABA therapy, or related experience
- Experience with utilization of Speech Generated Devices
- Experience with varying intensities of maladaptive behaviors
- Experience across all ages and scopes of behavior
