Job Summary
Conduct Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy with clients while mentoring new Behavior Therapists on case onboarding and skill implementation. Render and lock schedules, fulfill 100% of weekly sessions, and complete source documentation including ABC data, SOAP notes, and Therapist Evaluation Forms. Maintain active RBT certification with monthly supervision, ensure HIPAA compliance, and communicate case updates and behavioral concerns to the team. Work across clinic, home, community, and school settings, providing flexibility for afternoon availability to meet direct service hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related field
- CPR or BLS certification (must be current)
- Registered Behavior Technician credential (RBT)
- Active RBT certification
- Maintained 5% supervision monthly
- Ability to initiate RBT supervision forms at the start of each supervised session
- Ability to initiate seeking supervision by emailing Supervisors and cc'ing the RBT email address at rbt@cs4hope.com
- Complete on-going training to support job competency
- Flexibility in availability to ensure direct service hours are met (i.e., afternoon availability)
- Maintain Therapist Evaluation Form (TEF) scores averaging 2.5 and above monthly

Desired Qualifications
- 2-years' experience providing ABA therapy, or related experience
- Experience with utilization of Speech Generated Devices
- Experience with varying intensities of maladaptive behaviors
- Experience across all ages and scopes of behavior
