Job Summary
Deliver personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations while educating customers and team members on professional hair care trends. Drive sales performance by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and maintaining merchandising standards. Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties and acting as a key holder when required. Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants through knowledge sharing, in-the-moment coaching, and fostering positive energy. Lead by example with accountability and positive energy to create inclusive, welcoming experiences that go beyond transactional service.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Bonus: Previous experience as a Keyholder in a retail environment
