Job Summary
Deliver personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations while educating customers and team members on hair care trends. Drive sales performance by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and maintaining merchandising standards. Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties and acting as a keyholder when required. Mentor Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge, coaching in the moment, and fostering positive energy. This role requires at least one year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Located at Chatters Willoughby Centre in Langley, BC, this position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $18.25, sales incentives, and opportunities for in-salon education.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
