Job Summary
Senior BCBA responsible for maintaining clinically appropriate caseloads aligned with quality care and payer requirements, performing supervision and caregiver collaboration, supporting caregiver training across settings, ensuring timely, audit-ready clinical documentation, and promoting sustainable caseload management. Responsibilities include conducting treatment integrity observations and protocol modifications to support individualized outcomes, providing supervision consistent with medical necessity and payer expectations, and leveraging strong leadership and mentorship to support clinical teams. Requirements include a Master’s degree in ABA/related field, active BCBA certification, 3+ years of BCBA experience with autism, CPR & First Aid certification. The role offers center-based, in-person work at a Pinehurst, NC location with a base salary of $90,000–$102,000, plus retention and quarterly bonus opportunities, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Current and active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Certified as a BCBA for 3 or more years to be eligible for this senior level role
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA working directly with individuals with autism
- Current CPR & First Aid certification
