Senior BCBA at Opal Autism Centers in Greensboro, NC. Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care and payer requirements; conduct treatment integrity observations and protocol modifications to support individualized outcomes; provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity and payer expectations; maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation; support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Current and active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Certified as a BCBA for 3 or more years to be eligible for this senior level role
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA working directly with individuals with autism
- Current CPR & First Aid certification
