Job Summary
Senior BCBA to maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and support high-quality ABA services; conduct treatment integrity observations, modify protocols to achieve individualized clinical outcomes, provide supervision and caregiver collaboration aligned with medical necessity and payer expectations, maintain timely and audit-ready clinical documentation, and support caregiver training across settings to promote long-term client success. This center-based, in-person role focuses on ethical care, clinical quality, and sustainable workloads within Opal Autism Centers' collaborative, clinician-led environment, with leadership growth opportunities and structured professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Current and active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Certified as a BCBA for 3 or more years to be eligible for this senior level role
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA working directly with individuals with autism
- Current CPR & First Aid certification
