Job Summary
Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments while maintaining a 2-tiered client caseload and meeting weekly billable requirements of 22.5 hours. Provide 10% supervision to newer BCBAs by observing cases, offering feedback to improve client progress, and reviewing clinical programming and documentation. Support the team in ensuring clinical metrics are met and manage clinic crises. Deliver one hour of parent training monthly and participate in leadership development trainings to assist the Site Director. This role focuses on mentoring up-and-coming analysts within MeBe's play-filled, research-based care model for children with autism.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
- Minimum of 3 years, post-certification, position working as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA (External Applicants)
- Minimum of 1 year, post-certification, position working as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA (Internal Applicants)
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
- Able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
