Job Summary
Senior BCBA at MeBe Learning Center in North San Diego, CA reporting to leadership to maintain and enhance clinical care. Responsibilities include reviewing clinical programming, refining assessment documentation, conducting initial assessments and FBAs, maintaining a 2-tiered client caseload, providing 10% supervision, 1 hour of monthly parent training, observing cases and offering feedback to BCBAs, participating in monthly leadership development trainings to support Site Director or step in during absences, and ensuring clinical KPIs and crisis management are effectively handled. Requires Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing, with external applicants needing at least 3 years post-certification (or internal applicants at least 1 year), strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to pass a background check. Salary range: $87,500-$103,000 per year, plus competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with BACB
- Minimum 3 years post-certification as Clinical Supervisor/BCBA (external applicants) OR minimum 1 year post-certification (internal applicants)
- Ability to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to manage caseload and supervise others
