Job Summary
Senior BCBA at Opal Autism Centers, Matthews, NC — center-based, in-person role with a base salary of $90,000–$102,000 plus bonuses and relocation/retention incentives. Responsibilities include maintaining clinically appropriate caseloads aligned with quality care and payer requirements, conducting ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification, providing supervision and caregiver collaboration, ensuring timely, audit-ready clinical documentation, and supporting caregiver training across settings. Requires BCBA certification, 3+ years of direct-ABA experience with autism, and CPR/First Aid. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Current and active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Certified as a BCBA for 3 or more years to be eligible for this senior level role
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA working directly with individuals with autism
- Current CPR & First Aid certification
