Job Summary
Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients while mentoring behavior technicians through competency-based training. Write reports, conduct clinical reviews with funding sources, and analyze data to make evidence-based decisions on teaching procedures. Treat client safety as a top priority and consult with families to deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment principles. Conduct regular parent trainings and ensure program directives from the senior clinical team are implemented accurately. Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision. Part-time and full-time positions available with a reasonable 20-hour minimum weekly billable target.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
- Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)
- Applicants must be presently eligible to work in the U.S.
