Job Summary
Senior Bartender role at WOOBAR focusing on delivering a memorable guest experience by preparing and serving beverages, maintaining menu knowledge, engaging with guests, and coordinating with the kitchen. Responsibilities include assisting with overall guest service, reading and verifying information on the menu, ensuring cleanliness and safety of work areas, and upholding Marriott policies and quality standards. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including moving, lifting up to 25 pounds (50 pounds with assistance), bending, twisting, and reaching. Emphasis on professional appearance, communication with guests and team, and adherence to uniform and policy expectations.
