Lead the daily shop operations as a shift leader, coordinating the team, planning shifts, and ensuring smooth service flow while managing inventory, ordering, and store hygiene. Prepare specialty drinks and croissant-based snacks, maintain high service quality, and represent the shop manager during absences. This role offers flexible hours and on-the-job training within our first store in the Riem Arcades, with opportunities to grow toward a Shop Manager position.
