Job Summary
Conduct daily banking operations including account opening/closing, transaction processing, and cash management for vault, ATM, and coin machines. Review and approve transaction exceptions, assess consumer lending applications, and refer customers to internal business partners. Build relationships with personal and business clients while ensuring compliance with BSA, CIP, and regulatory standards. Serve as Safe Deposit custodian and key-holder for branch security. Maintain knowledge of PeoplesBank products through annual training and represent the brand via community engagement and business development. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with travel to various banking centers and offsite events.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Two years' related experience
- Ability to obtain the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration
- Must obtain said license after a period, to be determined by decision maker
- Must be able to successfully complete the registration process, which includes, and is not limited to, undergoing a criminal background and credit check
- Must remain in compliance with the NMLS License regulations and rules
- Knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel
- Ability to use basic computer skills to enter and/or retrieve data
- Advanced cash handling experience
- Mathematical acumen

- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a dynamic environment

- Work location may vary due to business needs after employment
