Job Summary
This role serves as the first point of contact for financial center clients, focusing on personal banking needs of individual and small business clients. Key responsibilities include deepening client relationships, supporting self-service transactions, and maintaining exceptional client care. Candidates must demonstrate effective sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaboratively provide tailored banking solutions. Must be a commissioned notary within specified timeframes and show flexibility in working hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Effective collaboration skills to build and nurture strong relationships.
- Passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Commissioned notary or ability to obtain notary commission within specified timeframe.
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded.
- Retail and/or sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment.
- Experience working in an environment with individual and/or team goals where goals were routinely met or exceeded.
- Experience with financial information, spreadsheets and financial skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Strong computer skills including MS applications and previous experience utilizing laptop technology.
