Welcome every customer into the branch and conduct quality conversations to understand their financial needs and goals. Share knowledge of Tri Counties Bank services and products to help clients save, earn, and access convenient banking solutions. Employ appropriate solutions for customers, follow through on commitments, and collaborate with business partners to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Coach team members on product knowledge and relationship building, while maintaining accurate sales records and reviewing results with the Branch Manager. Ensure compliance with regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and Fair Lending rules. Maintain a current understanding of bank policies and procedures.
