Job Summary
Senior Banker serves as the first point of contact for financial center clients, helping to uncover personal banking and small business needs, offering solutions, and connecting clients to specialists. Responsibilities include deepening client relationships through platform services, assisting with self-service or transactional activities, delivering operational excellence, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The role requires proactive client outreach, effective communication, problem solving, and the ability to identify suitable financial solutions for clients, including readiness to obtain a notary commission and to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Comfortable engaging all clients in-person and by phone
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Notary commission in-state or ability to obtain within a few months
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Experience with banking products and services a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or related field preferred
