Required Qualifications

- Effective written and verbal communications skills; comfortable engaging clients in-person and by phone
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms; handle ambiguity and changing circumstances
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients' needs
- Demonstrated time management and ability to multitask in a regulated environment
- Notary commission in the state of employment or ability to obtain within a few months of start date
- Willingness and ability to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or related field (preferred)
- Experience with financial information, spreadsheets and banking products (preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications and laptop technology (preferred)
