Job Summary
Senior Banker II at Bank of America responsible for uncovering personal and small business banking needs, offering appropriate solutions, and connecting clients to specialists. Responsibilities include balancing service requests and transactional activities, proactively following up with clients, handling in-person or inbound call engagements, introducing and fulfilling banking products (checking/savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans), identifying needs for licensed sales functions and referrals to partners, and partnering with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering a high-quality client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
- Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships
- Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients' financial lives
- Confident in identifying solutions for helping new and existing clients based on their needs
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, handle ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances
- Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients' needs
- Demonstrates effective time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Is a commissioned notary or can successfully obtain a notary commission in the state you work within a few months of start date in role
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
