Job Summary
Senior Banker role at Bank of America, serving as the first point of contact for financial center clients, uncovering personal banking needs for individual and small business clients, offering appropriate solutions, connecting clients to specialists, and driving client relationships through platform services. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to engage all clients (in-person and by phone)
- Comfortable learning new information and technology platforms
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Effective time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Notary commission or ability to obtain one within a few months of start date
- Bilingual Spanish required
