Job Summary
First contact point for financial center clients to uncover personal banking needs for individuals and small businesses; provide appropriate solutions, connect clients to specialists, and deepen client relationships through platform services. Support clients in self-service transactions and Digital Assisted Shopping while adhering to regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include outbound client outreach, timely follow-up, and delivering accurate service with operational excellence. Requires strong sales mindset, relationship-building, problem-solving, time management, and clear communication. Notary commission within months of start date is required. In-office role with weekend/extended hours, located in New York at the Frederick Douglass/145th Street financial center.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Able to work weekends and/or extended hours, within a network of financial centers
- Notary commission in the state of work or ability to obtain within a few months of start date
- Experience identifying solutions for clients based on needs
- Comfort engaging all clients (in-person and by phone)
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and laptop technology
