Job Summary
Architect and implement end-to-end backend features driving direct customer value, while leading high-volume workflow automation initiatives that optimize scalable data processing and machine learning infrastructure. Design and maintain complex ML-driven workflows, drive performance optimization for reliability and scalability, and collaborate with sales and customer success teams to incorporate feedback. Proactively drive projects from conception to completion with a founder's mindset, shaping the technical foundation of our platform to reduce patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
