Senior Backend Software Engineer for Professional Services in Brazil (Remote within Brazil). You will lead backend development and database integration, shaping architecture for new integration products, and driving a sizable internal migration of 50+ connectors. Responsibilities include building robust APIs, mentoring teammates, engaging in client-facing meetings with Product Management, developing detailed reports, and overseeing data manipulation and transformation per client preferences. You’ll ensure task tracking and deliverable documentation, identify process improvements, and monitor business metrics. Required skills include advanced JavaScript, NodeJS, TypeScript; SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB); AWS cloud services; Docker, Kubernetes; serverless architectures (Lambdas); experience with high-traffic APIs; observability with Datadog and Grafana; solid analytical and communication abilities; and English fluency. Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent professional experience is expected; strong emphasis on backend development, database management, and client-facing collaboration.
