Job Summary
Design and implement core components for the Fireblocks Network's scalability, driving features from initial design through production support. Execute creative solutions for architectural and implementation challenges within large-scale distributed services on AWS infrastructure. Take full ownership of problems end-to-end, including deployment and maintenance, utilizing C++/Rust and active daily AI tools in your workflow. This role sits within the Core Infrastructure team at a SaaS platform trusted by major financial institutions and Web3 companies to securely scale digital asset operations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong coding skills in C++/Rust (5+ years)
- Proven experience designing and operating large-scale distributed services in production, on hyperscale cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Proven ability to own a problem end-to-end: design, implementation, deployment, and production support
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AWS managed services (EC2, EKS, S3, KMS) - strong advantage
- Active daily use of AI tools in your engineering workflow (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)
- Python - advantage
- Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or MPC - strong advantage
