Job Summary
Design RFCs to shape domain evolution and drive clean, scalable solutions across integration layers with internal and third-party services. Take full ownership of backend delivery by writing production-grade Go code and leading rigorous peer reviews to maintain codebase health. Establish documentation, testing practices, and CI/CD improvements to reduce technical debt while mentoring other engineers through pairing and active development. Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Solid backend development skills
- Experience in Go
- Strong experience in functional backend programming languages
- Genuine drive to master Go quickly
- Strong expertise in code design
- Automated testing

- Building resilient, well-architected systems
- Track record of leading technical projects end to end
- Writing design documents
