Job Summary
Design scalable solutions using Kotlin microservices, Postgres, and React to solve business problems for internal and external customers. Ship working code through CIrcleCI and Spinnaker, then monitor services to diagnose root causes and deploy fixes before users notice errors. Mentor junior engineers while aligning team development with AlphaSights' strategy to build the world's leading research platform. This remote role is exclusively for UK residents with 5+ years of experience in mature engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience working at a similar level in a mature Engineering team
- Technical expertise with at least one programming language
- ideally experience with relational databases
- Proven track record of making a demonstrable impact in previous roles
- Highly driven and proactive mindset
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Current UK resident
