Senior Backend Engineer(Mobile Platform)

Job Summary
Design and develop backend systems connecting smartphones to vehicles for connected services, building and operating scalable platforms across cars, mobile, and cloud environments. Engineer APIs and serving systems to handle large-scale traffic from mobile and vehicle clients while continuously monitoring logs and metrics to improve service stability and automate quality management. Lead technical design reviews and drive system improvements to create reusable, scalable architectures. This role focuses on the full lifecycle of mobile-vehicle integration services within the SDV platform team, requiring expertise in Spring Boot, Go, and real-time communication protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Spring Boot(Kotlin/Java), Go 등을 기반으로 한 백엔드 서비스 설계, 개발, 운영 경력 7년 이상
- Production traffic을 받는 API/backend service를 설계하고 운영해 보신 분
- 로그와 지표를 기반으로 서비스 문제의 원인을 분석하고 개선해 보신 분
- OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect 등 인증/인가 표준 프로토콜에 대한 이해
- 초기 설계, 구조화, 표준화, 운영 안정성 개선을 주도해 보신 분
Desired Qualifications
- WebSocket, gRPC Streaming, MQTT 등 stateful한 커넥션 기반의 실시간 통신 서비스 개발 경험
- Spring Boot 기반 대규모 서비스 개발 및 운영 경험
- Go 기반 고성능 서버 개발 경험
- AWS, Kubernetes, Helm 기반 서비스 운영 경험
- MSA 환경에서의 서비스 설계 및 운영 경험
- 차량 커넥티드 서비스, IoT, 디바이스 연동 서비스 개발 경험
- 다국어/다지역(글로벌) 서비스 경험
- 기술 리딩, 설계 리뷰, 주니어 멘토링 경험
