Job Summary
Iteratively improve solutions using nondeterministic components and experimental methods while crafting flexible, reliable, and scalable code. Partner with product teams to design feasible features and work with frontend leads to ensure polished user experiences. Write tests and evals to guarantee stability as the codebase evolves, and meet technical issues head-on by troubleshooting acute customer impacts and planning long-term resolutions. Collaborate with engineering leaders to build maintainable software and facilitate the entire task lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or greater required in Computer Science (preferred), Information Technology, or related field (Physics, mathematics, engineering)
- 5 - 7+ years of professional development experience (Python preferred)
- Experience shipping LLM-enabled features in production
- Exceptional collaboration, organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a quickly changing environment
- Driven and self-motivated with a track record of finding and solving difficult problems
- An eye for opportunity / good at creative optimization problems
- Location: Domain (Austin office)

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Django
- Experience with LangGraph, LiteLLM, or similar
- Working knowledge of at least one evaluation system
- Understanding of Agentic best practices
- Experience implementing MCP Servers/Clients
- Experience with Postgres, Redis, S3, Memcache
- Experience deploying applications with Kubernetes
- Experience implementing RAG
- You've made or contributed to open-source projects and have your fair share of side projects
