Job Summary
Develop and own the technical architecture for Bestandsfaktor, the platform integrating operational processes, intelligent routing, and AI-driven product development. Design central system logics for data, triggers, automation, and routing while building a scalable, robust backend that serves as the largest system component for the team. Make product-influenced technical decisions, lead external developers and freelancers, and establish modern, pragmatic development environments with high-speed AI workflows. Collaborate directly with the founding team to identify high-impact technical levers and ensure the system remains manageable without chaos.
