Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer
- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience building production-grade applications
- Hands-on experience designing and building scalable distributed systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high sense of ownership and independence
- Eager to learn and use AI everywhere - from coding to product delivery

- Experience with Temporal or any other workflow orchestration engine.
