Collaborate directly with Executive Leadership, Customer Success, Product Managers, and Designers to define features while maintaining security, stability, and agility. Design solutions balancing long-term platform architecture with week-on-week delivery speed. Conduct code reviews for peers and mentor junior developers within a self-managed engineering team.
