Job Summary
Build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations supporting a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales automation initiatives. Develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing systems, integrate with Salesforce APIs including EVO and Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation workflows using Java or Python in an Agile sprint environment. Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA-based backlog. Requires 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Salesforce platform development or API integration expertise. Upper-intermediate English level required.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Backend engineering: Java OR Python
- REST API integration and webhook development
- Salesforce platform development OR API integration experience
- Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems
- Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA
- Upper-intermediate English level
