Senior Backend Engineer_Hybrid (NYC)

Senior Backend IC to design, build, and scale backend services in Go and Python powering autonomous intelligence for enterprise clients. Owns systems end-to-end across graph database layer, API infrastructure, and data pipelines at scale; collaborates with ML/AI engineers to deploy predictive and prescriptive models; ensures reliability, observability, and performance under high-throughput conditions; drives architectural decisions for long-term platform trajectory; mentors engineers and helps establish backend engineering best practices. Hybrid work arrangement in NYC; focus on architecting the platform to support significantly increased enterprise usage and delivering new features with durable decisions.
