Job Summary
Collaborate with experienced developers to enhance and maintain the foundational custody platform for digital assets on the blockchain. Support the product owner during API design processes and make independent decisions regarding architecture, software design, and implementations. Develop scalable, secure backend services and APIs using TypeScript and node.js, while implementing and maintaining Microsoft Azure CI/CD pipelines. Own testing, rollout, and go-live of product increments, establishing standards for code quality, automated testing, and monitoring. This role requires fluency in English (B2) and interest in blockchain technology. We offer a competitive market salary, flexible working hours, and the ability to work from home or our Munich office.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in designing and developing REST APIs using TypeScript and node.js
- Experience using NestJS
- Ideally, proven experience in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Azure Functions and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of databases such as MSSQL/PostgreSQL, CosmosDB, and/or Mongo DB
- In-depth knowledge of web architectures, as well as API design and communication with OAuth2-based authentication methods
- Ideally, experience in the areas of software security and automated testing
- Experience with low-code platforms like Retool
- Interest in blockchain technology
- Technical blockchain know-how
- Fluency in English (at least B2)
