Senior Backend Engineer (All Genders)

Senior Backend Engineer on an AI Integration team focused on building the infrastructure for AI-powered features. Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs in Python, with workflows that integrate AI models and services in production. Work with a Python stack alongside legacy PHP codebases in monolithic and microservice architectures to solve challenges around video processing, content management, and creator workflows at scale. Produce clear technical specifications, participate in code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices (testing, documentation, observability, operational excellence). English is the team language; French is a plus. The role involves collaborating with product, design, data, and engineering to empower creators to upload, manage, monetize, and grow content. Location is Paris with 3 days remote per week (hybrid).
