Senior Backend Engineer, AI Orchestration at Kestra. Design and build the execution primitives for AI workflows in the Kestra engine, glueing plugins to connect Kestra with LLM providers and agent frameworks, and turning real agent use cases into reusable blueprints. Maintain observability and debuggability of AI executions to the same standard as the rest of Kestra. This Java-first role requires hands-on Java production experience, familiarity with LangChain4j or a comparable Java agent framework, and a solid model of how agentic systems run (tool calls, state, retries, failure modes).
