Job Summary
Architect and oversee highly scalable, secure web applications, services, and APIs while championing AI-native development workflows that integrate AI coding agents to improve velocity and maintainability. Partner with Product Managers to shape the technical roadmap and define standards through robust code reviews, fostering knowledge sharing across the team. Collaborate with Support and CSM functions to troubleshoot and resolve critical customer issues, deepening expertise in Open Banking and PSD2. This role requires expert-level Java and Spring Framework experience within distributed systems and microservices architectures. You will drive AI adoption, prioritize customer outcomes with an API-first mindset, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment. Required Qualifications
- Expert-level experience with Java and the Spring Framework
- Proven track record in distributed systems and microservices architectures
- Open Banking and PSD2 expertise
