Job Summary
Architect and oversee highly scalable, secure web applications, services, and APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability. Champion AI-native development workflows by integrating AI coding agents to improve velocity and maintainability. Partner with Product Managers to shape the technical roadmap, translating complex requirements into elegant solutions. Define technical standards and lead robust code review processes while collaborating with Support and CSM functions to troubleshoot and resolve critical customer issues. Deepen collective expertise in Open Banking and PSD2, pushing boundaries of what can be built with our APIs. This role requires expert-level Java and Spring experience within a distributed systems environment, offering competitive pay, equity, and hybrid work flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Expert-level experience with Java and the Spring Framework
- Proven track record in distributed systems and microservices architectures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Open Banking and PSD2 expertise
