Job Summary
Senior Backend Developer to own and scale server-side systems powering Sign.Plus, Dial.Plus, Fax.Plus, and Scan.Plus. Responsibilities include designing and developing backend systems, robust APIs/web services, and data pipelines for AI-powered features; optimizing performance and scalability; working with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, on-call rotations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key skills: Python, REST/HTTP, databases (MongoDB, MariaDB, Elasticsearch), microservices architecture, containerization, AI-assisted development tools, Linux, and strong problem-solving. Office-based role at the Geneva office with an entrepreneurial environment and high ownership.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of backend software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with MongoDB, MariaDB, Elasticsearch
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD
- Fluent in English
