Job Summary
Develop and maintain backend services using TypeScript and REST APIs while optimizing and scaling cloud-based infrastructure. Lead initiatives in test automation, clean code, and best practices to continuously improve backend architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. Collaborate closely with frontend, UX, and data science teams to deliver solutions for AI-powered Energy Management Systems. Requires 6+ years of experience with TypeScript, Gitlab CI/CD, and Kubernetes. Full-time permanent contract after one year with competitive salary between €4,000 and €7,000.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in backend development
- strong TypeScript skills
- Proven track record working in multidisciplinary teams of at least 8 developers
- Experience with Gitlab CI/CD
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with open-source technologies
- Expertise in test automation
- Expertise in Clean Code principles
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to live in or relocate to the Eindhoven area
