Job Summary
Senior Back Office Agent responsible for vehicle cleaning and preparation, detail verification, stock and consumables management, minor repairs support, and depot organisation and logistics assistance. The role ensures fleet readiness and smooth depot operations through on-demand operational support, fleet preparation and cleaning of campervans, stock/consumables management, and coordination with suppliers. Requires physical fitness, attention to detail, strong communication, and a driving license (Category B). Local language proficiency is a plus. Must be able to work weekends and peak-season periods; includes training in RV systems and opportunities for career growth within Rental, Sales, Operations, or Servicing at Indie Campers based in Barcelona.
Required Qualifications
- Driving License (Category B) required
- English proficiency
- Nice to have: local language proficiency
- Experience in cleaning, warehouse, logistics, automotive, tourism, or operations preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, high-paced work
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Team player with strong communication skills
