Job Summary
Senior Azure Data Engineer/Consultant for a remote US-based engagement with Trility Consulting. Will partner with clients to move data solutions from napkin to production across Microsoft Azure and Fabric ecosystems. Responsibilities include building and supporting enterprise data solutions in Azure, implementing Microsoft Fabric in production, developing data pipelines and lakehouses, designing reusable ETL/ELT frameworks, implementing Bronze/Silver/Gold medallion architectures, data modeling (Dimensional Modeling, Star Schema, Kimball), architecting scalable Fabric lakehouse solutions, optimizing SQL/T-SQL data transformations, migrating legacy analytics platforms to modern Microsoft data technologies, developing Spark notebooks and data transformation workloads, setting up CI/CD and environment promotion with Azure DevOps or GitHub, applying DataOps practices and ensuring production deployment standards, integrating data from relational databases, APIs, and file-based sources, collaborating with client stakeholders, working in agile professional services, and communicating concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
