Job Summary
Provide operations and maintenance support for as-built AV/VTC systems, diagnosing and repairing AV issues while integrating third-party hardware and software solutions. Lead or assist programmers in evaluating updates, testing changes, and commissioning customer deliverables according to project timelines. Troubleshoot new and legacy systems, including structured cabling and AV control equipment, while developing detailed reports and supervising documentation and training. Interface with clients and vendors to coordinate RMA issues and ensure project milestones, quality control, and close-out documentation are met. Perform onsite and remote installations with less than 10% travel outside the Chantilly, VA area, adhering to safety guidelines and DoD security compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum TS clearance with SCI eligibility
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft products
- US Citizen
- Thorough understanding of various AV technologies and protocols that include Crestron, Extron, BiAmp, Shure, and ClearOne
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to sit
- Must be able to climb or balance
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must have close vision
