Job Summary
Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician responsible for advanced diagnostics, repairs, calibrations, and system integrations on autonomous vehicles. Provides technical leadership and mentorship to AV technicians, collaborating with engineering, operations, and safety teams to resolve escalated issues and drive continuous improvement. Key duties include advanced mechanical/electrical diagnostics, CAN/LIN network troubleshooting, LiDAR/radar/camera calibration, AV compute hardware work, software deployments support, on-road and closed-course testing, data collection and analysis, and documentation of repairs and procedures. Requires hands-on experience with high-voltage systems, sensor suites, and diagnostic tools; strong ability to interpret wiring diagrams and engineering documents; and capacity to operate in field environments with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as automotive/EV/robotics/AV technician with leadership or mentorship responsibilities.
