Job Summary
Diagnose vehicles according to appropriate certifications and perform repairs outlined on Multi-point Inspection and Repair Orders with efficiency and accuracy. Explain technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including Store Managers, Service Consultants, and customers. Recommend services to maintain vehicle running conditions and properly document all recommendations in customer files. Adhere to MAP guidelines and dealership standards while following all safety procedures and reporting concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager. Maintain ASE certifications and renewals as required. Work a minimum of five days including Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Prefer a minimum of one unexpired ASE or equivalent experience or training
- Possess valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's
