Senior Automation x API Test Engineer

Job Summary
Analyze requirements and test cases to identify automation opportunities, then perform feasibility assessments and POCs to recommend optimal solutions. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts across Web/UI, API, Database, Desktop, Cloud, and Enterprise applications using tools like Datadog. Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines, monitor execution, troubleshoot failures, and ensure script stability. Manage test assets, defect lifecycles, and reporting in Azure DevOps while preparing status reports and dashboards for stakeholders. Execute manual testing as needed, document evidence, and support test closure activities and knowledge transfers. Work in a hybrid setup (3x onsite, 2x WFH) within the Trade, Supply Chain, and Microfinance product delivery team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Test Automation Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Software Testing
- Hands-on experience in automation tools and platforms such as DataDog, Power Automate, and other industry-leading automation solutions
- Proven experience in designing, developing, executing, and maintaining enterprise-level test automation frameworks and solutions
- Experience working in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise application environments
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in automation testing
- Experience in Financial Services and Banking domain
