Senior Automation Tester

Job Summary
Conduct manual and automated testing of business-critical applications supporting ICA's core retail operations, including pricing, supply chain, and order management. Build and maintain automated regression test suites while performing ongoing testing of new features and continuous improvements. Own end-to-end responsibility within a DevOps environment, actively participating in development, testing, deployment, and production support. Collaborate with Swedish colleagues in cross-functional teams to validate data using SQL and optimize existing test coverage. Requires 5+ years of professional testing experience, strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Postman/Newman, and proficiency with SQL Developer. Full-time, on-site position in Sarajevo with a planned start date in August/September 2026.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional testing experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for UI test automation
- Experience with Postman/Newman for API testing
- Experience testing backend workflows, integrations, staging tables, or ETL-style processes
- Good SQL knowledge and experience validating data using SQL
- Strong understanding of test case design, including positive, negative, and boundary testing
- Experience working on business-critical applications
- Experience working in a DevOps environment with end-to-end ownership
- Proficiency with SQL Developer and Postman
- Good English communication skills
