Job Summary
The Senior Automation Technician will oversee the build and debug process for robotic systems and ensure timely delivery to customers with high quality. Responsibilities include managing documentation, attending project meetings, coordinating with engineering teams, and leading assembly personnel.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4-6 years of robotic and/or PLC integration experience
- Experience in automated systems electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Robotic offline simulation programming experience
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical prints
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated and team leader
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with robotic platforms setup and calibration
- Full robot programming architecture
- Experience with PLC communications
- Ability to develop new cell designs
- Experience with Vision system integration
- Proficiency in CAD and SolidWorks
