Job Summary
Senior Automation QA Engineer (Python) responsible for testing the backend of a CCaaS solution, improving test automation, identifying defects, and validating new features to ensure stability, scalability, and compatibility. Requires 5+ years in software testing, strong Python (and JavaScript a bonus), experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure), knowledge of version control, bug-tracking, and test management, and hands-on work with back-end/API/microservices testing, log analysis, UNIX/Linux, and MySQL. Desirable: Java, OWASP, PCI Compliance; role offers relocation program, remote-friendly, and opportunities for growth and global collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in software testing or QA
- Experience with programming concepts and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Knowledge of version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems
- Experience in back-end testing, API testing, or microservices testing
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills, basic log analysis
- Practical experience with databases (MySQL or similar)
- Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux
